Included in your dog's day is at least one (usually two) on-leash pack walks around the neighborhood.  Daycare dogs are allowed a 1 hour nap from 12pm-1pm daily to prevent over exhaustion and to encourage the relaxation of the entire pack.

You won’t find dogs milling around mindlessly, barking incessantly, or being left unattended. Here your dog will learn how to behave in a pack environment, respect and trust new and different people as handlers, walk nicely in an on-leash pack, play respectfully with toys in a pack environment, gain confidence in new and challenging environments, work as a pack in mentally stimulated challenges and master different methods of physical exercise!

We prefer that dogs be dropped off for services as early as possible when attending BowDog's Daycare.  This allows our team of pack leaders to provide enough exercise and play time for your pooch to be able to relax over nap time with his pack  Please avoid dropping your dog off between 12:00pm-1:30pm (nap time).

BowDog does not offer half days or hourly daycare.  We believe your dog benefits the most when she experiences an entire structured day in our care...just ask a mom that sends their kid off for a half day of kindergarten!  It's a too short to get much accomplished and once we get into a rhythm, the day is already over for your pet.  If you anticipate booking your dog at the B&B while on holiday, plan on bringing Fido for at least one day of daycare before your departure to introduce him to the environment, ensuring a smooth transition.

All pets in the BowDog facility require a martingale collar and personalized ID tag with their name (both can be purchased in the BowDog store).  If your pet does not have them at check in, we will outfit them and add the collar and tag to the final bill at check out, it's that easy!
