Leon has been attending daycare at Bow Dog since 2013.  We also enlist the services of the grooming department.  On both counts I am extremely happy with the service we receive.

When I pick Leon up at the end of the day, he is so excited to see me, but not in any hurry to get out the door, he would just as soon get attention from any of the staff at Bow Dog, so that tells me that he is very content and happy to be there. Nicole normally does Leon’s grooming and he looks fabulous when I pick him up. He never seems stressed at all after a groom.
I am extremely impressed with the staff that I have met, they are all very personable. They really care for the pets and if they find anything out of the norm, they let you know right away.

We have had amazing service with all of our walkers. Rusty eagerly awaits his walks each week. The professionalism with BowDog's staff has been top notch. Our dog is treated like one of their own. We have gotten to know our walkers personally and they always do their best to keep us updated and I formed when it comes to our dog. I always highly recommend BowDog to all!

They say that home is where the heart is and BowDog is definitely our home away from home. All of the staff have become our family. I have to say the whole experience from the initial phone inquiry to the final day pickup was a breeze. I really loved and looked forward to your daily emails on how and what Batman was doing. It was a big piece of mind to know he was doing great. Oh! And of course his report card! How awesome. I will never take him anywhere else.

Wayne, my Dachshund has been coming to Bow Dog for over 3 years now and loves every visit!  The facility and staff are second to none in the city and we love the fun birthdays and celebrations for holidays and special events.  We look forward to coming to see the canine family at BowDog for years to come.

​I have been using Bowdog as the daycare for my English Bulldog Hudson for three years and can honestly say that we both love it.  I had tried a few other daycares prior to Bowdog and I am very happy I found them.  I love the hours of operation as it helps a great deal with my variable work schedule.  The drop off and pick up process is always quick & efficient and all the staff are very friendly.  I can honestly say that Hudson loves it there as he cannot wait to get in to play.  He is always exhausted when I pick him love.  As I like to say, I love my dog but love him more when he is tired.
 
Bowdog has been very accommodating for Hudson’s unique personality as well; he loves his toys and individual play sessions.

In addition to Bowdog’s daycare I also use them for boarding and their grooming services.  It gives me a great deal of piece of mind knowing that when I go away for an extended period of time that Hudson is well taken care of at Bowdog.  I enjoy the E-mailed report cards of how he is doing and seeing the pictures of him on Facebook.
